For courier orders, please read our shipping & delivery page and make sure you select the option for standard shipping at the check out and add any notes for the courier in the comments box provided. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option otherwise we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order. We really hate doing this but we are a small business and rely on honest customers.

We aim to have all orders ready/dispatched within seven days from the date of ordering and postals will be sent next day delivery (subject to any courier delays).

Specific dates

If you require a specific date for your order to be delivered, please send us a message at cindy@cinderbakekitchen.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate.

For special requests please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Please select the correct shipping option at the checkout and ensure you leave sufficient information for the courier in the event you're not in for delivery.

We would recommend you eat your bakes in the first 2/3 days and also that you cover them (or even better, place them in an airtight container) in the fridge to keep them fresh. They should be tasty for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months!

You should also try with cream or ice cream after a short blast in the microwave!

All our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, sulphites, sesame and nuts (including peanuts) so please bear this in mind when ordering. Our products are therefore not suitable for anyone with a severe allergy.
