If ordering for delivery, please read our Shipping & Delivery page and ensure any notes are entered in the comments box when checking out. We cannot be held responsible for failed or damaged deliveries.

Shipping and Delivery 🚚

Once you have placed your order, your goodies will be baked fresh either the day before or even the day of postage/delivery and will usually be delivered or posted to you within 7 days of placing your order.
 


Specific dates
If you require a specific date for your order to be delivered, please message or email and we will try and accommodate this as best as possible. 

If you require a specific delivery date that falls in a different week or month of placing the order, please specify in the notes at the checkout.



 
Delivery & postage
For postage, please note that whilst we can try and adhere to a specific date, postal deliveries are ultimately in control of Royal Mail or APC Couriers who are under a huge amount of pressure at the moment, so delays do unfortunately happen. 
 
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for our products once they leave our kitchen, they are in the hands of the courier or the postman! Please remember to fill out the notes section at the checkout to leave any instructions for the courier (i.e. safe place or preferred neighbour if you're not in). You will receive direct updates & notification from the courier directly and a timeslot for delivery on the day.
