My name is Cindy and I started baking in 2015, eventually starting my business in 2017 with a view to making celebration cakes.  Lots and lots (and lots) of cakes later, I realised that what I really wanted to do was create bakes that are just too good to resist, special occasion or not. After realising that a lot of people really liked what I was doing, and longing to make a full time business out of it, I decided to take the plunge and leave my legal career behind. 

We are now a team of 5 based at our bakery in Penwortham. There is myself, my husband Iain who bakes and mans most of our market and event stalls; Donna, our operations manager who does everything but bake; Hope, my right hand baker...and Chelsey who you will see serving our customers every weekend.  

We specialise in brownies, blondies, traybakes, cakes, cookies and fresh cream cakes.  We can offer treats for any occasion whether birthdays, thank you gifts, or just a midweek or weekend treat.  We use the best Belgian chocolate and quality ingredients in all our bakes so that our products are the best that they can be, and if you've seen our portion sizes, you'll know that there's no scrimping on toppings or fillings! 

We also offer nationwide delivery on certain products and our online shop is regularly updated with different flavours so keep an eye on our social media posts 👀
