My name is Cindy, and I started baking back in 2015, eventually turning my passion into a business in 2017, originally with the aim of creating beautiful celebration cakes.

Lots and lots (and lots!) of cakes later, I realised that what I really loved was creating bakes that are simply too good to resist — whether you’re celebrating something special or just fancy treating yourself.

When I realised how much people loved what I was making, and with a growing dream of turning it into a full-time business, I decided to take the plunge and leave my legal career behind. And I’ve never looked back!

We’ve grown to a lovely team of six, all based from our bakery in Penwortham. Alongside me, there’s my husband Iain, who keeps the ovens busy and looks after the events side of the business; Donna, our Operations Manager, who does pretty much everything except bake; our wonderful bakers Hope and Forde, who work their magic in the kitchen; and Chelsey, who you’ll often find serving our lovely customers at the weekend. We’re a small team, but we’re a busy one — and we’re very proud of what we create together.

We specialise in brownies, blondies, traybakes, cakes, cookies and fresh cream cakes, basically, all the good stuff! Whether you’re looking for something to celebrate a birthday, say thank you, treat someone special or simply fancy a little pick-me-up, we’ve got you covered.

We use the best Belgian chocolate and quality ingredients in all our bakes, and we’re definitely not shy when it comes to toppings and fillings! If you’ve seen our portion sizes, you’ll know we like to make sure there’s plenty to enjoy.
